HydroBlox Transition Boxes are used to transition from a plank to a pipe... with the pipe being daylighted or diverted to an area that can accept the water. These hollow boxes are 12" x12" square with a flange on one end.

HydroPlanks can be easily integrated into traditional drainage systems with the use of a HydroBlox Transition Box, making them a highly adaptable solution for various drainage applications.
